As a trainee with us you will contribute to projects at and early stage and take on your own areas of responsibility. You'll get an insight into many different areas of the company. As well as conveying well-founded specialist knowledge in each skilled occupation, we place a lot of emphasis on developing personal and social skills. Our working environment is characterised by team spirit and mutual respect.
We offer a dual training programme (college and work) over 3 years, which may be reduced to 2.5 years under certain circumstances. Successful graduates gain a recognised qualification from the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) or Chamber of Crafts (Handwerkskammer).
Bachelor courses at DHBW
We are a partner of DHBW – Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University and offer dual-education courses. As a DHBW student you will supplement your theoretical learning with indispensable practical knowledge and a wide range of experiences in an exciting, dynamic environment. You will get to know a varied field of activity and make valuable contacts within our company.
Three-month study phases at the DHBW in Ravensburg alternate during your course with equally long practical phases at bluepool. Successful graduates gain an internationally recognised bachelor's degree.
OFFICE MANAGEMENT CLERK – TRAINING
Commercial training with us is the perfect choice for communicative people who enjoy organisation and administration. We offer a broad range of optional modules like office management, business management and controlling, human resources management, purchasing & logistics, and order control and coordination. During your training period, you are part of our team from the start, helping them to manage and organise our company. This means you become familiar with all working processes and areas and can also undertake your own commercial planning tasks.
Being an office management clerk is a very demanding and important profession in our eyes. We need smoothly operating organisation and administration so as to deliver perfect results to our customers' exacting standards as well. And we need capable, highly trained employees: to connect the individual departments, e.g. procurement, finances, controlling, sales, human resources, marketing and communication, ensuring smooth cooperation and excellent internal communication.

You work in departments including materials purchasing, accounting and customer service. You ensure that everything runs smoothly and the numbers add up. To do that, you need text comprehension and numeracy skills, you are communicative, well organised and like dealing with people. You are flexible and also enjoy sometimes having to switch quickly between different tasks. You are interested in the themes of German and business and have an ability to think commercially and possess excellent spelling and grammar skills.
Training at our Leinfelden-Echterdingen site is a dual-education programme (college and work) over 3 years and may be reduced to 2.5 years under certain circumstances.
ADVERTISING TECHNICIAN – TRAINING
Choosing to become an advertising technician (also: sign and neon ad maker) means choosing a varied and exciting career. You work with both traditional techniques and cutting-edge machinery and materials. The breadth of your role ranges from artistic and creative design to installing advertising banners on exhibition stands.
You learn graphic and typographic skills and gain and broad understanding of the different materials we work with: metal and plastic films, paints, wood, glass, paper, gold foil and many more. You draw and design, you label and paint, you produce the screen prints and work on installation and assembly of finished pieces.

Ideally you have a good eye for colour and clear visual thinking. You are creative and combine technical understanding with practical skill. You should also have a good head for heights, spelling and maths.
Training at our Reutlingen site is a dual-education programme (college and work) over 3 years and is supplemented with inter-company instruction. After a basic training phase, the focus in the last six months switches to graphics, printing and application.
Training ends with the extended final examination. The first part of the examination takes place before the end of the second year of training and is worth 20 percent. The second part is worth 80 percent and takes place at the end of the third year.
DUAL COURSE BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, EXHIBITION, CONFERENCE & EVENT MANAGEMENT
Building on a business management foundation, the course facilitates practical specialisation in administrative management. The focus is on every aspect of skilled project and service management, in order to meet a company's requirements. This is supplemented by comprehensive lecture content, such as logistics, catering, interpreting, concert management, exhibition construction, dramatic composition, legal issues, tourist industry, event technology and intercultural management.

DUAL BACHELOR COURSE MEDIA DESIGN
The main purpose of the course is to convey creative design skills. You experience the whole process from conception, design, realisation and evaluation of media products – both on individual projects and working as part of a team. Social competence is also required in addition to professional and methods expertise.
