Notes concerning the use of the bluepool websites

We, the bluepool GmbH take the protection of your personal data very seriously and comply with the regulations of data protection laws. Within the scope of the use of our websites as well as our e-mail newsletters, we collect person-related data. This legal notice informs about the purpose, storage or use as well as the protection of person-related data. All bluepool employees and all third parties involved in the processing of data are obligated to treat person-related data confidentially and to comply with the German Data Protection Act and the German Telemedia Act.
Data processing on websites of the bluepool GmbH
We will neither market your personal data nor sell it to third parties. The transmission of data only takes place within the scope of fulfilling our contractual duties. Further, we only transmit person-related data to governmental institutions if it is required by law. A further transmission of your data to other third parties does not take place without your explicit permission.
When using our websites, information about your visit will be stored automatically, such as the visited websites, used browser type and operating system, date, time and duration of the access and the your internet protocol(IP-address).
We analyse those data anonymously and merely for technical and statistical reasons. Those data will be stored separately from person-related data on secured systems and cannot be associated with individual persons.
If you leave a message to us using the contact form, all information is provided on a voluntary basis. There are only a few marked mandatory fields that have to be filled out, such as the e-mail address of the addresser. The operators would like to point out that e-mail correspondence might be lost, altered or distorted with and without the influence of third parties. Common e-mails are not entirely protected from access of third parties and therefore confidentiality might not be granted. The bluepool GmbH is not liable for the integrity of e-mails the has left our sphere of influence and will not compensate for damages resulting from that. If viruses will be transmitted by our e-mail to your system despite the use of anti-virus scanners, the bluepool GmbH is not liable for possible damages resulting from that.
On few occasions so-called "session-cookies are used on our websites". Those will be automatically deleted after the end of your visit.

Access data / server log files
We (or rather our web space provider) collect data for each access to the offer (so-called server log files).
